Geeks will determine why your computer is acting up and root out the problem through a series of system checks and diagnostics. Once the riddle is solved, we’ll advise you on the best course of action to get your computer back in shape.

Computer Optimization

Your computer, like your car, is a finely tuned machine that needs regular maintenance to keep it running and in good working order. Our optimization service includes over 100 system tweaks that will shorten your computer’s boot time, delete unwanted files and remove unnecessary background processes. Geeks will bring your system up to speed with the most recent updates to guard against security threats.

Hardware Install

Geeks can install any one internal or external hardware device onto your desktop or laptop. We’ll also install the corresponding software and configure the device to your needs.

Restore CD Creation

Most new computers don’t come with the restore copy of your new system on the hard drive. Make sure you have a back up in case your hard drive dies. Enlist a Geek to do it for you. We’ll provide the CDs, but the system must have existing software installed.

In-Home Networking Consultation

This automated service copies the files you chose (up to 25 GB) to a secure, remote server via your high-speed Internet connection. You can still access your data online from anywhere with your password.
